Step 2: After completing the online course work the student will then under the supervision of an Instructor from The Life Saviours, complete their Hands-on Practice / Skills Test Session.

ARC- FIRST AID/CPR/AED INSTRUCTOR – BL

This course will train instructor candidates to teach basic-level American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED courses. In order to participate in this course, you must possess a current basic-level American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED (or higher level) certification or equivalent and be at least 16 years of age on the last day of the instructor course. Upon registration, it is important that you review and follow the directions on the e-mail attachment sent with your registration confirmation. This is a blendedlearning course consisting of online content, a precourse skills session and classroom segments. Online material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities. Summary

The Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adult, child and infant patients. The course consists of six interactive modules featuring video, activities, games and tools babysitters can use to build their knowledge and skills and manage their babysitting business. This course, which includes a final exam at the end, takes about 4 hours to complete. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a printable certificate.

ARC- ADVANCE CHILD CARE TRAINING W/PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED – In Class

The Advanced Child Care Training course teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to responsibly care for children and infants in and outside of the home. This course is designed for those who thrive in a classroom setting. All classrooms are Covid-19 compliant. This course includes training in leadership, child behavior and discipline, professionalism, safety, basic childcare (bottle feeding, holding, etc.). Learners will be engaged in virtual environments in which world-class animated characters respond specifically to choices made.
